Jeff Buckley, The unforgettable...




I chose to post a song of Jeff Buckley because I'm fond of the musics he had made during his too short life. This song is from the album Grace released on August 23, 1994. It was his first success. After that he made other well knowns songs like "Mojo Pin", "Lilac Wine" (by James Shelton, based on Nina Simone's recording), "So Real" and "Hallelujah" (by Leonard Cohen, based on John Cale's recording).

He accidently dies, drowned, on May 29th, 1997. He was thirty years old.

In order to clarify the situation of his death, this statement was released from the Buckley estate:
Jeff Buckley's death was not "mysterious," related to drugs, alcohol, or suicide. We have a police report, a medical examiner's report, and an eye witness to prove that it was an accidental drowning, and that Mr. Buckley was in a good frame of mind prior to the accident.

His songs are his memories...

I am pretty sure that you made a mistake !

"well knowns songs" : here, "knowns" is an adjective so it must be "well known songs".

Hello Thomas,

I think you have made a mistake on your post. When you said "He accidently dies, drowned, on May 29th, 1997.", it's the past... So you must write "He died".
You would repair this quickly !
